Dear Hugo von Meijenfeldt,
Concerning your question about correspondence about the considerations and procedures regarding Senior and Junior (Johan August Meijerfeldt) I have following information to tell you:
I couldn’t find any documentation about Senior but I found records about Junior. In the archive I found the decision from the King Gustav IV Adolph to appoint Johan August Meijerfeldt Junior to a Knight of the Royal Seraphim Order on 1 November 1797. And I also found an extract from the protocol of the meeting when Meijerfeldt and some more persons were appointed to Knights of different Orders. By attached file you can see copies of the documents.

The documents you send me in which Johan August Meijerfeldt jr together with others is appointed by the king and of the protocol of the meeting are very valuable to me. This is the real documentation compared to the Matrikel in the Riksarkivet. Thank you very much for taking the time for your research, copying and e-mailing.
