Zelf heb ik twee exemplaren, beide in nogal beduimelde staat. Volgens mij zijn er verder niet al te veel exemplaren in omloop, omdat het in eigen beheer is uitgegeven.
Ik ben wel bereid een exemplaar af te staan, maar woon en werk helemaal in San Francisco. Voordat we iets gaan afspreken zou ik graag wat horen over je plannen met het boek.
