He has one child (1) Heinrich, born in\u00a0M\u00e4rkisch-Friedland (Miros\u0142awiec) on 23-03-1859, merchant,\u00a0married in Berlin on 14-01-1889 to\u00a0Rosalie Kobylinski, born in Borek, Krotoschin (Krotszyn) on 29-04-1870, died in 1910, daughter of Hermann Kobylinski and Pauline Tabisch.\u00a0In the third generation there are three children: (11) Sidonia, married in Berlin on 22-11-1889\u00a0to\u00a0Erich Karl Max\/Oskar Zimma\/ermann,\u00a0born in Wilhelmshaven on 01-06-1887, (12)\u00a0Erich, born in Berlin on 10-09-1891, estate agent, married in Berlin-Wilmersdorf on 02-11-1916\u00a0to\u00a0Emilie Anna Dotzauer,\u00a0born in Hof, Bavaria on 01-08-1887, daughter of \u00a0Adolf Dotzauer and Johanna Christiana Adelina Beyer, living in 1931 in Berlin, Wilmersdorf, Jenaer Str. 19,\u00a0children (121)\u00a0Karl-Heinz,\u00a0born in Berlin, Wilmersdorf on 03-07-1917, married to\u00a0K\u00e4the Jachunski and (122)\u00a0K\u00e4the, born in Berlin on 27-06-1896,\u00a0married in Berlin-Sch\u00f6neberg on 30-10-1918\u00a0to\u00a0Karl Paul Frunder, born on 08-08-1888, son of Karl Frunder and Augusta Hoffmann.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In 1939 all living family members are expropriated and expatriated (aus\u00adgeb\u00fcrgert) by the Nazis.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Erich Meyerfeldt, the estate agent (12), establishes an office\u00a0in the Behren Stra\u03b2e\u00a0in Berlin and starts a PR-campaign. He spends enourmous amounts of money in gold on posters on tram stops, walls, newspapers, magazines, theaters and cinemas. In those day foreigners are flooding the city to buy blocks and full streets for an apple and an egg. In three years time Erich is able to be agent in 5,000 estate transfers. His commissions make him a millionaire. He spends all his money on parties and charity. Deflation ends the real estate transfer market. Erich is not able to pay for his PR-contracts. He then sells houses without the consent of the owners.
