Excuse me for addressing you in the English language; I am a Dutch citizen.<\/span><\/p>\n

I am writing the history of my family and perhaps you could help me with one question. The grandfather of my greatgrandfather is Johan August Meijerfeldt<\/span>
\n(1725-1800), Swedish fieldmarshall under your king Gustaf III. He was the commander of the V\u00e4sterbotten regiment for more than 10 years. According<\/span>
\nto the Statens Konstmuseer (1923:461) one painting of him in his military<\/span>
\nuniform, 83 x 66 cm, by L. Pasch jr could be found at the Royal Norbotten<\/span>
\nRegiment.<\/span><\/p>\n

Would you know if this painting is present in your museum of elsewhere and<\/span>
\nwhether a colour picture could be obtained? Of course any other information<\/span>
\nabout my ancestor is welcome as well.<\/span><\/p>\n
