Excuse me for writing to you in the English language.<\/p>\n

I am Hugo von Meijenfeldt from the Netherlands, descendant from the old Swedish Meijerfeldt family. As a result of tracing these roots I have published two books, developed a website and established an archive\/library.<\/p>\n

During my research I got information that in the Rosendal castle there might be paintings of members of the Meijerfeldt family. Our families were closely related until the Swedish branch died out in 1800\/1817.<\/p>\n

My question to you is whether my information is right. If yes, could you inform me about the paintings (person, painter, year, size)? Is there any possibility to obtain a coloured photograph or copy?<\/p>\n

Your daughter called me a few weeks later. She was very kind and offered me to make photographs and send them over. This was our last contact.<\/p>\n

I am very sorry to bother you once again. Could you tell me if it is still possible to make the photographs? I could imagine that I am asking too much. In that case my question is if I could pay a visit to you and make the photographs myself?<\/p>\n

Since I am able to read Swedish, perhaps you could write back to me in your own language.<\/p>\n
