I am researching the history of my Dutch family Von Meijerfeldt and their Swedish ancestors. In the past I received photocopies from you about general Wolmar Meijerfeldt, who served the emperor and died 1 May 1739 in Vienna.
With the possibility of a full text search in your archives I now found a list of namesakes. In order to draw conclusions with regard to possible family relationships, I would like to do some further research into the documents in your archive. The distance is too far to visit your archive.
Out of the list I took this file: AT-OeStA/HHStA RHR RK Hofkommission 9-19 Mayer von Mayersfeld, Brüder, Adelsstand, Auskünfte, 1823 (Akt (Sammelakt, Grundzl., Konvolut, Dossier, File)) or http://www.archivinformationssystem.at/detail.aspx?ID=4009143. I don’t know how many documents this file contains, but the Adelsbrief of 1706 is the most interesting to me.
In your price list I see a black-and-white A4 photocopy would cost me € 0,40 per page, processing € 45,- per half hour and sending by post will cost me another € 5,-, I guess.
Could you inform me if the Adelsbrief mentioned above is in your archive and what your estimation of the costs would be? When you don’t need a full half hour for this document, I have at least one other Adelsbrief that I would like to have copied.

Your procedure of transferring a document is fine with me, as is the price.
I’m only doubting whether the content of the document is important enough for me. You inform me that the 1706 Adelsbrief should be ordered through another department. Unless you inform me that your document contains interesting information about the brothers, I prefer to start with ordering the Adelsbrief itself through your colleagues.
