Dear Madam/Sir, I am trying to get a scan of the 4 pages book of Per Sörensson: “Ur General Meijerfelts dagboksanteckningar”, Stockholm, Brothers Lagerström, 1919. This general Meijerfelt is my ancestor in a direct line. I will only study the text, not publish it. Of course I’m ready to pay for the expenses. Thank you in advance.

Hi Hugo, There is an online version of this item that you can view  here: https://babel.hathitrust.org/cgi/pt?id=hvd.32044084818657&view=1up&seq=2  We do not have special access to the PDF or particular pages, your view is also what we have available. Thank you.

Thanks very much for the fast response with the link. I already had this one from Hathitrust. Only Harvard has got the original book in it’s library, probably. I will try further.

Dear Madam/Sir, in your Widener Library Offsite Storage (Scan 2730.45 ) you have the book of Per Sörensson titled “Ur General Meijerfelts dagboksanteckningar”, Stockholm, Bröderna Lagerström 1919, page 8-11. Copyright rules prohibit showing me the text on HathiTrust . Could you help me out with a full-text scan (not to be published)? Thanks in advance.

Hi, We hope to have our reproductions services back up and running very soon; we’re just beginning our reopening having had access to the buildings closed off entirely since mid-March, and don’t expect full operations to resume for some time.

You can take a look at our Reproductions Services and register in advance. When the service is open again there should be a link to it in the HOLLIS catalog record for the item. I’m not sure yet what the link will say- it usually says “View in Library” and then you’re able to choose between setting up a visit and requesting a reproduction, but since no one will be able to view it in the library they may change that.
You can also find contact information on the Reproduction pages (scroll down) for the most current, direct information from the staff who are actually in the buildings doing this work.

Attached please find a pdf file of the pages you’re requested, this is for an order with a transaction number 598122. Please let me know if this is sufficient. Thanks, Yuhua Li

Thank you very much for the pdf of the article. These are indeed the four pages I was looking for. Even in Sweden the libraries couldn’t find a copy. Please tell me how I can compensate your costs.

I am glad to hear that! And I’m happy that the pdf file copies are sufficient. All is good. Thanks.
