Dear Mr. von Meijenfeldt,
Your request for an advanced digital file of a portrait from our collections has been forwarded by Ulrika Wingård to Reprographic Services at the National Library.
I have taken part of your last e-mail about payment, and I just want to inform you that there is also the option of payment with credit card. I enclose a form for payment with credit card and the total amount for your order is 600 SEK (including one advanced file; 400 SEK, start fee; 100 SEK and service charge; 100 SEK).
If you still prefer to receive an invoice according to the instructions in you previous mail, please let us know.
Kind regards,
Cecilia Ericson

Dear Cicilia Ericson,
Thank you for your e-mail.
To amount of 400 SEK was my maximum and I though such a very small black/white picture would even be less. Now we are already at 600 SEK. Would an invoice and payment through our bank accounts bring it back to 500 SEK?
Thank you for the answer in advance,
Hugo G. von Meijenfeldt

Dear Mr von Meijenfeldt,
the total cost for an advanced reproduction is 600SEK, including service charge and start fee. A simple JPG scan costs 230SEK, including service charge and start fee. Maybe this can be an alternative for you?
With kind regards,
Charlotta Lindh

Dear Charlotte Lindh,
Weighing costs against quality I choose for your alternative of SEK 230. I have attached the credit card form.
Thank you very much for all the trouble taken,
